All disputes will be subject, first, to mediation, and then to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by owner of VSA in accordance with Indian law. The venue of such arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, and Seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
